Siblings
To speed up the process for scheduling students for festival day, teachers should indicate siblings and time requests in a systematic manner so that it is clear for those scheduling hundreds of students.
List the family name in all caps, e.g. JOHNSON
Then put a colon and list all the siblings who will compete in the festival (e.g. JOHNSON: Donald, Lucy, Sam, Sue).
When you do that the schedulers can do a search for those family members with multiple events. That will help sort and filter in order to schedule siblings as close as possible.
Accompanists - Enter last name in all-caps, followed by first name.
