To register your studio for Charlotte Festival please complete the following steps
*Dues for step 1 and 2 must be submitted by November 1, 2025. There is a $15 fee for late applications.
We are continuing to use Google Forms for Festival registration. Filling these out requires no pen/paper, use of the USPS, or printing of documents. This process will save time for Festival workers and registrants.
Senior club members: Latin, Southern Park, & CAM - These music schools will not complete steps 1 and 2. Contact Joel Adams directly @operaman39@gmail.com Private/Individual Teachers will complete Step 1 (join Senior Club CMC) and Step 2 (register your Junior Club)

Register your junior club with the ‘North Carolina Federation of Music Clubs’ by completing the appropriate Google Form below.

Register for ‘Vivace’. Vivace is our online database where you will enroll your students for Charlotte Festival participation.
Teachers entering Festival for the first time:
Please contact Karla Williams with your full name (first, middle, last), date of birth, and email address and you will be added to the Vivace database. Once you receive your NFMC Festivals Welcome email, you can log into Vivace and enter your students using the same information. I recommend completing this step as soon as possible.

Once you have received an invoice from Vivace (mid January), complete your registration by paying your Vivace dues using payment links below. Please write ‘Vivace dues’ in the charge description.

If you are entering the Charlotte Festival volunteers are needed! Opportunities include:
-judging/hall monitoring/providing refreshments/set-up and tear-down/front desk check-in/theory room monitoring and test grading
